Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Braga. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines to ensure production efficiency and quality standards are met. This is a full-time position suitable for men.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure they are running smoothly
- Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain production efficiency
- Inspect products for quality at each stage of the production process
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines as they arise
- Complete necessary documentation and reports accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery
- Detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Good communication skills in English (Portuguese language skills preferred)
