Job Title: Architectural Designer


Our architectural design firm in Faro is seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team. We are a dynamic and growing company with a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from residential to commercial. As an Architectural Designer, you will work closely with the project team to develop and implement innovative designs that meet the client's needs and budget.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project team members to develop design concepts and solutions.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design development.
- Create detailed drawings, models, and renderings using CAD software.
- Develop construction documents including plans, elevations, and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants during construction phase.
- Attend client meetings to present designs and gather feedback.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction methods.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional licensure or working towards licensure.
- Experience with sustainable design practices.
- Familiarity with 3D printing technology.

We offer competitive salary package of $1400 per month for this full-time position. Biometric passport is not required for this role.
