Teamlead for Marketing and Sales Team in Oslo, Norway



Our company is a growing marketing and sales agency based in Oslo, Norway. We are looking for a driven and experienced Teamlead to lead our Marketing and Sales team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of marketing and sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase company revenue
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated efforts in achieving company goals
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to improve performance
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss targets, progress, challenges, and solutions
- Stay updated on industry developments and trends to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing and sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing sales strategies
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving goals
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and management
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Norwegian is a plus)
