We are searching for a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems on residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels and related equipment on roofs or other structures following safety procedures
- Perform system inspections to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues that may arise
- Troubleshoot and repair any problems with existing solar systems
- Maintain accurate records of installation and maintenance work
- Coordinate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices for solar energy systems

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in solar panel installation or related field
- Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring preferred
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit to lift heavy equipment and climb ladders as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
