We are seeking a skilled and creative Part Time Architectural Designer to join our team in Os, Norway. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and requirements
- Develop architectural designs for residential, commercial, or industrial buildings
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Ensure that designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and functionality
- Present design proposals to clients and make necessary revisions based on their feedback
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in design technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an architectural designer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Excellent technical skills with a strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Good communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients
