Job Title: Concierge in Os, Contract Position

As a Concierge in Os, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and residents of a luxury residential building. Your main duty will be to assist with any requests or inquiries from guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. You will also have the opportunity to create personalized experiences for guests, such as restaurant reservations or booking tours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries and requests
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (and additional languages if applicable)
- Knowledge of local area attractions and amenities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Familiarity with reservation systems is a plus
