Construction Manager - Al-Kuwait

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the construction project from start to finish
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Ensure project progress is on track and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Implement and enforce safety procedures on the job site
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Al-Kuwait

Salary:
1400$ per month + benefits (housing allowance, transportation allowance)

This is a full-time position suitable for men who are fluent in English. Filipinos are preferred but not required. Previous experience is not necessary as long as the candidate possesses the required skills and qualifications.
