Computer Support Specialist

We are currently hiring a Computer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Siauliai. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients with their computer systems, hardware, and software. Your role will also involve troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to network connectivity, printers, and other peripherals. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

As a Computer Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Setting up new computer systems and installing necessary software
- Configuring network connections for clients' systems
- Assisting with data backup and recovery processes
- Diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues
- Collaborating with other team members to resolve complex technical problems

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Computer Support Specialist or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of operating systems such as Windows and MacOS
- Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of the local language is a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
