Waiter/Waitress - Multan, Pakistan


We are currently seeking customer service-oriented individuals to join our team as a Waiter/Waitress in Multan, Pakistan. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests while ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and take orders
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Answer any questions or concerns from guests regarding the menu or their order
- Clear and reset tables after each guest leaves
- Handle any guest complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Assist with cleaning duties as needed

Requirements:
- Must have at least 1 year of previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Knowledge of food and beverages, including wine pairings, is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Pakistan with visa sponsorship
