As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and budget constraints
- Develop design concepts that align with clients' requirements and local regulations
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans and address any issues that may arise
- Oversee contractors and construction workers to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to specifications
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as a Commercial Architect
- Excellent knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and colleagues
