Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in the city of Gujrat. Your primary duty will be to create innovative and functional designs that meet the specific needs and preferences of clients while adhering to all relevant building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and vision for their commercial building project
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that plans are being followed correctly and quality standards are met
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to coordinate efforts and resolve any issues that may arise
- Monitor project progress, budget, and timeline to ensure timely completion within specified budget constraints
- Conduct site visits to assess progress, identify potential problems or delays, and make necessary adjustments to plans as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a commercial architect or in a similar role preferred
- Experience using CAD software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Knowledge of local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to translate ideas into practical designs
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, etc.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong project management abilities
- Biometric passport required for travel within the country

This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$ per month. We welcome applications from candidates of any nationality who have a biometric passport.
