Commercial Architect


We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Gujrat, India. As a commercial architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and visually appealing designs that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and goals for the project
- Create design concepts and develop detailed plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that the design meets building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Work with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the smooth execution of the project
- Develop project timelines and budgets and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards
- Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position.

This position is based in Gujrat, India. However, we are open to considering candidates from other locations who are willing to relocate.
