Job Title: Loader Operator



A construction company in the United States is seeking a skilled and experienced Loader Operator to join our team. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and move materials on construction sites. This role requires a strong understanding of safety protocols, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various types of loaders, including front-end, backhoe, and skid steer loaders
- Load and unload materials onto trucks or conveyors
- Transport materials within construction sites
- Maneuver equipment in tight spaces and around obstacles
- Monitor equipment for any malfunctions or damage and report any issues immediately
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while operating machinery
- Complete daily maintenance checks on equipment before use

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating loaders in a construction setting
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and physically demanding environments
- Excellent hand-eye coordination with the ability to maneuver equipment with precision
- Familiarity with basic maintenance tasks on loaders
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Salary: $1000 per week (negotiable based on experience)
