Job Title: Solar Installer

We are seeking skilled and experienced Solar Installers to join our team in Shan, Nepal. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in solar panel installation and be comfortable working at heights. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels on rooftops and other structures, and ensuring that they are properly connected to the electrical system.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to assess the best location for solar panel installation
- Install solar panels on rooftops and structures using appropriate tools and equipment
- Ensure that all panels are securely mounted and properly connected to the electrical system
- Perform regular maintenance checks on installed panels to ensure they are functioning efficiently
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation or maintenance
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working at heights

Requirements:
- Previous experience in solar panel installation is preferred
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and wiring is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment as needed
- Biometric passport or willingness to obtain one is required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position, along with accommodation provided.
