Solar Panel Installer


We are seeking a skilled Solar Panel Installer to join our team in Shan, Nepal. As a Solar Panel Installer, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently installing solar panels on rooftops and other designated areas. This position requires physical strength, technical knowledge of solar panel installation techniques, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Safely and accurately install solar panels according to manufacturer's instructions and design plans
- Conduct site assessments to determine optimal placement of solar panels
- Ensure all necessary materials and tools are on-site for installation
- Connect wiring between solar panels, inverters, and electrical systems
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working at heights

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Solar Panel Installer preferred but not required
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights
- Technical knowledge of solar panel installation methods
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali
