We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Porto. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various online channels such as chat, email, and social media. Your main duties will include responding to inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.

Candidates must have prior experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in an online setting. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask are essential for this position. As an Online Consultant, you must also have a good understanding of online platforms and be able to quickly adapt to new technology.

This is a part-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month. The ideal candidate should be able to work flexible hours and be available for occasional weekend shifts. This role does not include accommodation and candidates must have their own visa or work permit.
