We are hiring a Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of freshers in order to achieve project goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance, support and mentorship to the team members
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Identify training needs and provide necessary coaching to improve team's skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Keep track of project budget and report any deviations
- Act as a liaison between the team and upper management, providing regular updates on project status
- Resolve conflicts or issues within the team in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members towards achieving project goals
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Problem-solving abilities and ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
