We are in need of a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Funchal. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. You will lead a team of architects and designers, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all architectural projects from start to finish
- Lead a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project proposals
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and specifications for each project
- Ensure that all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor progress and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure the quality of work meets company standards
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology, and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect or Architecture Manager
- Proven experience managing multiple architectural projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members

Salary:
$1300/month (with accommodation)

Funchal (suitable for men)
