Job Title: Senior Architecture Manager

As a Senior Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the architectural design and construction process for projects in Funchal. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will involve overseeing all phases of the project, from initial planning and design to construction and final delivery. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and ensuring their work meets project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design process for projects in Funchal, ensuring that all designs meet client requirements and comply with local regulations
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that achieve their goals
- Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion within allocated resources
- Oversee all phases of the project, including planning, design development, construction documentation, bidding/negotiation, and construction administration
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, consultants, and other team members to ensure smooth project delivery
- Manage a team of architects by assigning tasks, providing guidance and feedback, and fostering a collaborative working environment
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Ensure all work is completed according to industry standards and best practices
- Act as a point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction processes in Funchal
- Excellent leadership skills with proven experience in managing teams
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
- Fluency in English (Portuguese or Spanish language skills are a plus)

Salary: 1600$ per month, based on qualifications and experience.

Location: Funchal, Portugal.
