Architectural Designer - Contract Position (Visa Sponsorship Available)
We are in search of a talented and innovative Architectural Designer to join our team on a contract basis in Oslo. This position offers the opportunity for visa sponsorship and is suitable for candidates with varying levels of experience, including freshers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong understanding of architectural principles, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with clients and other team members.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design goals and requirements
- Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project planning
- Develop creative solutions that meet client needs while adhering to budget constraints
- Communicate design ideas effectively through presentations and visual aids
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural design (freshers may also be considered)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary:
The salary range for this position is 1600$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Oslo but may require occasional travel for site visits or client meetings.

Contract Details:
This is a contract position with the potential for extension based on performance. Visa sponsorship is available for international candidates.
