We are a construction company based in Bergen, Norway and we are currently seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of 1800$.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine materials required and the dimensions of the structure or fixture
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, squares, or marking gauges
- Cut or shape materials to specified measurements using hand tools, power tools or machines
- Join materials with nails, screws, staples or adhesives
- Install structures such as windowsills, doors, cabinets, stairs or hardware using carpentry tools
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Proficient in reading blueprints and working with various materials such as wood, plywood and wallboard
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools and machines to cut and shape materials
- Ability to accurately measure and mark cutting lines
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to work on-site in various weather conditions
