Junior Nurse Assistant

We are currently hiring for the position of a Junior Nurse Assistant in La Condamine. As a Junior Nurse Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our team of nurses in delivering quality patient care. This role is suitable for men who are passionate about healthcare and want to start their career in nursing.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting nurses with daily tasks such as taking vital signs, administering medication, and providing basic patient care
- Maintaining patient charts and records accurately
- Preparing and sterilizing medical equipment for procedures
- Assisting with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Monitoring patients' condition and reporting any changes to the nurse
- Providing emotional support to patients and their families during difficult times
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid nursing assistant certification or willingness to obtain one within 6 months of hire
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Compassionate attitude towards patients' needs and concerns

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Note: This role does not require prior experience as we provide on-the-job training. However, candidates with previous healthcare experience or education will be given preference.
