Teamlead - Project Manager (Faroe-Islands)


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and timeline
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and growth

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management or related field
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or Project Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Proficient in project management software
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
