Teamlead Supervisor



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead Supervisor to join our growing team in the beautiful city of Faroe-Islands. As a Teamlead Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of professionals to achieve company goals and objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
- Monitor team progress, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Plan and organize team meetings, training sessions, and workshops as needed
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues promptly
- Implement policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with industry standards

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar supervisory role (at least 3 years)
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of project management principles and techniques
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
