Part-Time Teamlead

As a Part-Time Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees in Faroe-Islands. You will work closely with the full-time teamlead to ensure smooth operations and maintain high productivity levels. Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of employees and ensure they meet their goals and targets
- Provide support and guidance to team members
- Monitor performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with the full-time teamlead to develop strategies for efficient workflow
- Handle any escalated issues or conflicts within the team
- Train new team members on company policies and procedures
- Ensure the team follows all safety protocols

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred but not required
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Faroese language is an asset)
- Must have valid visa sponsorship or ability to obtain one
