Indian Merchandiser - Lusail


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Merchandiser to join our team in Lusail on a full-time basis. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and developing merchandising strategies to maximize sales and increase customer satisfaction. Your main duties will include selecting products, negotiating prices with suppliers, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Proven work experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Strong knowledge of merchandising techniques and best practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze sales trends and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with suppliers to select products that meet our customers' needs and preferences
- Negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing for our products
- Monitor inventory levels and make inventory replenishment plans
- Analyze sales trends and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan product promotions
- Ensure timely delivery of products by closely monitoring shipping schedules
- Train new team members on merchandising techniques when needed

Salary: 1700$ per month
