A leading architectural firm in Atlanta is seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial projects, ensuring they meet the client's needs and adhere to building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for commercial projects
- Develop detailed plans, specifications, and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring quality and adherence to project timeline
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the project is completed successfully
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations
- Manage project budgets and make cost-effective decisions to maximize profitability
- Communicate effectively with clients throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry trends
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant technology tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
