Concierge at a Luxury Resort in Funchal, Madeira


We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Concierge to join our luxury resort in Funchal, Madeira. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and a strong knowledge of local attractions and activities.

Key responsibilities include assisting guests with reservations, recommendations, and arranging transportation; coordinating with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled; maintaining accurate records of guest interactions; and ensuring the lobby and concierge desk are always presentable.

The successful candidate must be fluent in both English and Portuguese, have a positive attitude, and possess exceptional problem-solving skills. This position offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month without accommodation. We also provide free visa sponsorship and travel tickets for international candidates.
