Architectural Designer


We are in search of an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in the US. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing architectural designs for a variety of projects, ranging from residential to commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements for a project
- Create detailed design plans using CAD software and other design tools
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs meet safety standards and building codes
- Conduct site visits to gather information and make necessary adjustments to designs
- Prepare presentations and present design concepts to clients for approval
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This is a contract job with a salary of 1000$. Please note that we do not provide accommodation or visa sponsorship. Preference will be given to candidates who have their own valid work visa.
