Architectural Designer



We are seeking a highly-skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in the United States. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans and drawings for various construction projects. This is a contract position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for their construction project
- Create detailed architectural plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models
- Utilize software programs such as AutoCAD and SketchUp to create accurate and precise designs
- Incorporate sustainable design principles into projects
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Make revisions to designs based on client feedback and project requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant software programs
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
