Crane Operator

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in the United States. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment at construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes in a safe and efficient manner according to company policies and procedures
- Perform pre-operational checks on equipment and ensure proper maintenance and repair as needed
- Read and interpret load charts to determine safe lifting capacities
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radios to ensure precise movement of materials
- Complete necessary paperwork such as daily logs, inspection reports, and maintenance records
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Valid crane operator certification or license from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating cranes in a construction setting
- Knowledge of different types of cranes including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Ability to read blueprints and understand load charts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work safely under pressure
- Physically fit with the ability to climb ladders, operate controls, and lift heavy objects
