Entry-Level Accountant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Accountant to join our team in Alta, Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks including data entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the accounting field and gain valuable hands-on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate financial records
- Prepare bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of month-end close tasks
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare financial reports and analysis as needed
- Support audit activities by providing necessary documentation and explanations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (recent graduates welcome!)
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (SAP, Quickbooks, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Alta, Norway (open to all nationalities)
