Entry Level Plasterer in Fonvieille, Monaco


We are in need of an Entry Level Plasterer to join our team in Fonvieille, Monaco. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and even finish. No prior experience is required for this position; however, preference will be given to candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and applying primer or bonding agents
- Mix plaster ingredients according to specifications and apply to surfaces using trowels or spray guns
- Smooth out plaster and remove excess using hand tools
- Create decorative textures or patterns on plastered surfaces
- Repair damaged plaster on existing walls or structures
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including bending, standing for long periods of time, and lifting heavy materials
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Valid visa sponsorship (if not a resident of Monaco)
- Willingness to work full-time without accommodation provided
