Construction Project Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team in Roskilde. Our company specializes in providing high-quality construction services and we are looking for an experienced professional to oversee our projects. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
- Manage project budget, schedule, and resources
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor and report project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Maintain quality control and ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Additional Preferences:
While not required, preference will be given to candidates who possess the following:
- Proficiency in Danish language
- Previous experience working in Roskilde or other parts of Denmark
