Job Title: Computer Support Specialist - Sheduva


As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to computer users. This includes responding to inquiries, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and installing and maintaining computer systems and software. You will also be responsible for setting up equipment, training users, and troubleshooting network connectivity issues. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of computer hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely manner
- Install and configure new computer systems, including hardware and software
- Train new users on system functionality and provide ongoing support as needed
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and escalate to appropriate teams if necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, upgrades, and repairs
- Collaborate with other teams to implement new technology solutions or upgrades
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance
- Familiarity with various operating systems such as Windows, MacOS, Linux
- Knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP protocols

Salary: 1700$ per month

Location: Sheduva

Note: This position is open to all nationalities. Accommodation, visa sponsorship, and travel arrangements will be provided for eligible candidates. This is a part-time role requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week with the potential for full-time employment based on performance. English language proficiency is not required for this position.
