Facade Technician
We are in need of an experienced Facade Technician to join our team in Porto. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining building facades. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain building facades according to project plans and specifications
- Repair any damages or defects on existing facades
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure facades are in good condition and comply with safety standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure proper installation and maintenance
- Keep track of materials used and maintain inventory levels
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Facade Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of facade materials, installation techniques, and repair methods
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to work at heights if necessary
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)
