Software Developer

We are hiring a talented Software Developer to join our growing team in Alta! As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your role will also involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and implementing new features.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with web development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of database design and management
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Implement new features based on product roadmap and user feedback
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality code is delivered
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and make recommendations for improvement
- Participate in Agile development processes including daily stand-ups, planning meetings, retrospectives etc.
- Document software features, functionality, and maintenance procedures
