Executive Chef

As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations in Randers. Your primary goal will be to provide high-quality, delicious meals that meet the needs and expectations of our customers. You will also be responsible for managing the kitchen staff, developing menu items, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the kitchen.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong culinary background with previous experience as a chef or sous chef. You should have a creative flair for developing new menu items and a passion for using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Attention to detail and strong leadership skills are also essential as you will be managing a team of kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and delicious menu items that meet the dietary requirements and preferences of our customers
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes are consistently produced
- Maintain inventory levels and order necessary supplies to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met in the kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with management on budgeting and cost control measures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and ingredients
- Creative mindset with a passion for developing new menu items
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with management, staff, and customers
