We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a prestigious fine dining restaurant in Mauren, Liechtenstein. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and overall quality control. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining cuisine and a passion for creating exceptional dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and style
- Create recipes and ensure consistency and high-quality standards are maintained
- Manage food costs through effective inventory and budget management
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure proper cooking techniques and sanitation practices are followed
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into menu development

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in fine dining establishments
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with other team members
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus but not required

Salary:
Starting salary of 1500$ per month, with potential for growth based on performance.

City:
Mauren is a charming town located in the principality of Liechtenstein. Its central location makes it easily accessible from surrounding European countries. The town offers a peaceful atmosphere surrounded by beautiful nature.

English speaking jobs:
This position requires fluency in English as it is the primary language used in our restaurant. Knowledge of other languages, particularly German, is an asset but not a requirement.

Part time jobs:
This is a full-time position with a minimum of 40 hours per week. We do not currently offer part-time positions at our restaurant.
