Responsibilities:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions such as purchases, expenses, sales, and receipts
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger accounts and balance sheets
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely payment of bills
- Prepare monthly financial reports for management review
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable
- Communicate with clients regarding payment inquiries or discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with all accounting policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (or currently pursuing)
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software programs
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to work part-time (20 hours per week)
