Part-Time Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a part-time Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Bergen. As a support specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for our clients. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities to assist clients of all levels of technical knowledge. Previous experience is not required, but a basic understanding of computer systems and software is preferred. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the tech industry or for students looking for part-time work. Own visa and accommodation are not provided. Salary starts at 1400$ per month.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates with Norwegian nationality or those with valid work permits in Norway.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and software
- Train clients on how to use new systems or software
- Document all support activities and resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and develop solutions
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and updates

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Customer service experience is a plus

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The majority of the work can be done remotely, but there may be occasional on-site visits required.
