Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Blast Furnace Worker
- Knowledge of blast furnace operation and maintenance procedures
- Physically fit and able to work in a hot and noisy environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- High school diploma or equivalent education

Responsibilities:
- Operate blast furnace equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines
- Monitor temperature, pressure, and other variables to ensure proper functioning of the furnace
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform basic repairs when necessary
- Adjust controls as needed to maintain optimal production levels
