Executive Chef - Restaurant
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to join our restaurant team in Sheduva. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and creativity, as well as strong leadership and management skills. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, menu planning, and ensuring the highest quality of food is consistently delivered to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Create new and innovative menu items while also maintaining traditional dishes
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient and quality service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Ability to create menus that cater to different dietary restrictions and preferences
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
