Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine (Sheduva, Lithuania)



We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at our renowned Indian restaurant in Sheduva, Lithuania. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen including menu planning, food preparation, and supervising kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and authentic Indian menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and appeal to our diverse clientele
- Develop recipes and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard of quality and consistency
- Train and manage kitchen staff to maintain high levels of performance and productivity
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies to meet demand while minimizing waste
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, cost control, and pricing strategies

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume Indian restaurant or hotel setting
- Proficiency in Indian cuisine with knowledge of different regional specialties
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is located in Sheduva, Lithuania. We welcome applications from candidates of any nationality who have the necessary work permits or visas to work in Lithuania.
