Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as watering, fertilizing, pruning, and weeding
- Plant new flowers, shrubs, and trees according to design plans
- Monitor plant health and identify any pests or diseases
- Maintain garden equipment and tools
- Assist with the design and installation of new gardens
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Gardener or in a similar role
- Knowledge of gardening techniques, plant care, and landscaping principles
- Ability to operate garden equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and hedge clippers
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Knowledge of irrigation systems is preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month along with opportunities for overtime pay. We also provide training opportunities for professional development.

Location:
This position is based in Los Angeles, USA. Candidates must have the legal right to work in the United States.
