Entry-Level Teamlead in Copenhagen


As an Entry-Level Teamlead, you will lead and manage a team of individuals to achieve company goals and objectives. You will be responsible for organizing and delegating tasks, providing support and guidance to team members, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to problem solve and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of individuals to achieve company goals and objectives
- Delegate tasks effectively among team members
- Provide support and guidance to team members
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion
- Manage budget constraints for projects
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and upper management
- Identify and address any issues or roadblocks that may arise during project execution

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business management)
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions under pressure
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Understanding of budgeting processes and financial management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Copenhagen, Denmark. Relocation assistance may be provided for candidates outside of Denmark.
