Job Title: Contract Sales Manager
We are currently hiring a Contract Sales Manager to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing our sales strategies and driving revenue growth. Your main goal will be to increase sales, build strong relationships with clients, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Analyze sales data and provide reports to upper management
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Faroe Islands (or similar market)
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team towards achieving targets
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
