Industrial Architect
As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients and project managers to understand their needs and create functional, efficient, and aesthetic solutions. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, creativity, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts for industrial buildings and structures based on client requirements
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure designs meet budget and timeline constraints
- Conduct site visits to gather information on existing conditions and assess feasibility of proposed designs
- Research materials and construction methods to ensure cost-effectiveness and durability
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Monitor construction progress to ensure designs are implemented accurately
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture design
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to industrial structures
- Experience working with structural engineers and other professionals in a collaborative environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas to clients, stakeholders, and team members
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles for industrial buildings
- Experience working on projects that require biometric passport technology or security measures

- Familiarity with Aalborg building codes
