Web Developer

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Web Developer to join our team in Washington. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites and web applications according to client specifications. You will also be involved in troubleshooting issues and maintaining the functionality of existing websites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Designing and developing websites and web applications using programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Collaborating with designers to ensure the visual elements of the website are consistent with the overall design aesthetic.
- Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of websites.
- Implementing and managing content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal.
- Troubleshooting issues with website functionality and implementing solutions.
- Conducting website performance tests and optimizing website speed.
- Staying updated on industry trends and incorporating new technologies into website development.
- Assisting with website maintenance tasks such as updates, backups, and security measures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in web development.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and other relevant programming languages.
- Experience using CMS platforms such as WordPress or Drupal.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary of $1800 per month along with contract-based employment. Accommodation will be provided for candidates who require it. This position is open to individuals without prior experience in web development but with the willingness to learn. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
