Android Developer

As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative mobile applications for our clients. You will work closely with our team of designers and developers to create high-quality, user-friendly apps that meet the needs of our clients. Your main duties will include writing code, debugging and troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Android development best practices and be able to work independently while also being a team player.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced applications for the Android platform
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Debug and troubleshoot issues reported by users or during testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, project managers, and other developers
- Ensure quality assurance by conducting thorough testing on developed applications
- Keep up-to-date with emerging trends in Android development and implement them in projects where applicable
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Android development
- Strong knowledge of Java programming language
- Experience with Android SDK, APIs, and libraries
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Solid understanding of mobile UX/UI best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred:
- Experience with Kotlin programming language
- Published at least one app on Google Play Store
- Familiarity with cross-platform development tools such as React Native or Flutter

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month, based on experience. This is a part-time position located in Mauren, however remote work may be considered for the right candidate. Visa sponsorship is available for non-local candidates.
